000Bloom is a community for the AI era. We bring together people living through AI Blue, the unease of a world moving faster than us, and help them bloom. Honest conversations over polished talks, real practitioners over pundits, in Seoul and beyond.
Bloom is a community for people living through the AI era, built and run out of Seoul.
It started with a phrase: AI Blue, the unease of a world moving faster than we can keep up with. The first gathering opened that question in public, and over 2,000 people applied for 170 seats within days.
Since then we have run 22 events with partners including Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Snowflake, Singtel and Fieldguide, hosted anywhere from a 200-pyeong outdoor cafe to a telecom headquarters. Engineers make up about half the room; the rest are founders, marketers, designers, researchers and public servants.
Every gathering ends in small-group roundtables, because the part people come back for is not the talk. It is the table afterwards, where people admit what is not working yet.
The reasons people keep coming back, and what we protect as the community grows.
We ask speakers for what actually broke, not the polished version. People say out loud that they are anxious, and that is what makes the room useful.
Everyone on stage is doing the work right now: founders, engineers, lawyers, marketers, security researchers. No one is here to sell a forecast.
Every event ends in small-group roundtables. Six people, one question, no slides. It is where the things that are not online get said.
Big tech and conglomerates sit next to solo builders and students. Finance, gaming, law, retail, public sector. The mix is the point.
We do not run online-only events. A connection made face to face behaves differently, and the whole community is built on that bet.
The same anxiety showed up in Singapore, where 1,500 people applied and the room filled in a day. What starts here does not stay here.
