Bloom is a community for people living through the AI era. It started from AI Blue, the unease of a world moving faster than you are. What we share here is that everyone carries a similar unease, and how each of us is getting through it. A story that would have stopped at worry on its own becomes a next attempt here. That is how we hope to be a place where everyone blooms in their own way.

It started with one phrase: AI Blue, the unease of a world moving faster than you are, of new things arriving daily faster than anyone can keep up with. We opened that question in public at the first gathering in April 2026, and over 2,000 people applied for 170 seats. Nobody, it turned out, was feeling it alone.

So what Bloom shares is not success stories. It is the fact that everyone carries a similar unease, how each of us is using AI in our own work, and how we are getting through it. The people on stage are the ones doing the work right now, and they start from where they are stuck. Every event ends in roundtables of about six, and most of what you will not find online comes out at those tables.

That is how we came to gather more than 40 times in six months. Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Snowflake, Singtel and Fieldguide have joined us, in rooms ranging from a 200-pyeong outdoor cafe to a major company's headquarters. As of September 2026, people have come from 4,779 companies: 12,169 applications from 7,497 individuals, and 52% of September's applicants had been before. Engineers are the largest group, but founders, marketers and researchers sit at the same table, and between events the conversation carries on in a Discord of more than 3,400 people. What began as a Seoul meetup now runs in Singapore too.

One thing has not changed as we grew. What gets shared is still the part that is not working, not the part that went well. A story that would have stopped at worry on its own becomes a next attempt here, and more people bloom where they are. That is all Bloom is trying to do.
