01/The brief
Hosted together by Anthropic, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul AI Hub, six venture capital firms, and the Bloom community.
150 people gather at Seoul AI Hub at 9 AM. You take part as a team of 2 to 4, but applications and approvals are handled one person at a time. The mission is revealed when the event starts, and it will look something like a service for knowledge worker freelancers in the US.
Every participant receives $500 worth of Claude credits. Across all 150 builders that is $75,000 worth of credits released in a single day.

04/How it works
On the day, the submission window is open until 5 PM. Each team gets one submission.
You submit a demo link and a deck of no more than two slides. VCs screen each submission in the order it arrives. What you submit is what gets judged, and you cannot submit again.
The queue closes the moment 8 teams have passed. Submitting early will not help if the work is not ready, and being ready will not help if 8 teams are already through. The remaining slots are shown on screen in real time.
The 8 teams that made it present to the six VC firms: 10 minutes each for the pitch and questions. The firms judge together in the room, and matching between VCs and teams runs from 20:30. Not every team gets matched.

If you do not pass, or if the 8 slots are already taken, your run in the competition ends there. You are still welcome to stay and watch the evening demo day.

07/Who it's for
You treat going global as work you are doing now, not a vague goal
You have domain experience and are ready to build for overseas markets with it
You want to ship something within a hard limit of time and resources, and be judged by real VCs
The application asks for a link to the work that best represents you, and one or two sentences on what you want to build for the global market. We approve based on those two answers.
08/FAQ
No. It is free to attend, by application and approval. What you write in the application is used only for review and for running the day.
At 7 PM on Thursday, October 22 (KST).
In line with the Claude credit policy, participants must be 18 or older.
So that every team works under the same conditions, you build within the $500 of Claude credits we provide. If you run out, you cannot continue on a personal or company account.
Yes, there is photography on the day. A photographer covers the building, the screening and the demo day, and the photos may appear on Bloom's and the partners' channels. We collect photo consent in the application.
